Her Story

Built in 1999 and completely reconstructed in 2023, the Aegean Clipper represents the finest traditions of Turkish wooden yacht construction. This magnificent 41-metre ketch was designed by the renowned Captain Ergun Malatyalı, drawing upon decades of maritime heritage to create a vessel that seamlessly blends classic proportions with contemporary luxury. Her traditional wooden hull and soaring 35-metre mast create an unmistakable silhouette on the horizon, while her impressive 690 square metres of sail area ensures exceptional performance under wind power.

The recent 2023 reconstruction has elevated every aspect of the vessel to modern luxury standards while preserving her authentic character. Powered by a robust 550-horsepower Caterpillar engine, she offers reliable cruising capabilities throughout Turkish and Greek waters, where she maintains her official registration from Bodrum. The yacht's 33-metre deck length provides generous space for relaxation and entertainment, while her sophisticated electrical systems include both 24-volt and 220-volt power supplied by onboard generators.

Her interior philosophy celebrates the warm elegance of traditional yacht design, with rich woodwork and carefully curated furnishings creating an atmosphere of refined comfort. The spacious inner saloon features luxury appointments with an American bar, comfortable seating, and formal dining facilities designed for extended cruising pleasure. Every detail reflects the meticulous standards of Turkish craftsmanship, from the hand-finished cabinetry to the thoughtfully planned layouts that maximize both privacy and social spaces.

Licensed for charter throughout the magnificent waters of Turkey and Greece, Aegean Clipper offers guests the freedom to explore some of the Mediterranean's most spectacular coastlines. Her traditional rigging and classic proportions make her equally at home anchored in secluded coves or making grand entrances at prestigious harbours, embodying the timeless appeal of authentic Mediterranean yachting.
