Dubrovnik — Embarkation
Board your yacht in Dubrovnik, one of the most dramatically beautiful cities in the Mediterranean, where limestone walls rise sheer from the Adriatic beneath a skyline of terracotta rooftops. Spend the afternoon ashore: walk the full circuit of the Old Town walls for sweeping views over the sea and surrounding islands, take the cable car up to Mount Srđ for a panoramic perspective of the entire coastline, and linger over lunch at Panorama restaurant before exploring the late Gothic-Renaissance splendour of the Rector's Palace. Day 2
Dubrovnik to Mljet
Leaving Dubrovnik behind, the gulet makes its way to Polače on the island of Mljet, where a broad, almost landlocked bay offers one of the most sheltered anchorages on the coast. The backdrop of Roman palace ruins sets an unhurried tone, and from here it is a short ride or walk to Mljet's famous saltwater lakes and the medieval monastery of St Mary perched on its island. A quiet evening aboard in these tranquil surroundings rounds off the day perfectly.

Day 3
Mljet to Lastovo
From Mljet the gulet heads south-west to Skrivena Luka on the island of Lastovo, one of the most remote and unspoilt corners of the Croatian Adriatic. The bay is deeply sheltered and surrounded by the island's nature park, making it an ideal spot simply to slow down, swim and let the silence settle. After dark, the skies here are among the clearest on the coast, and a meal of local lobster ashore makes for a fittingly unhurried evening.

Day 4
Lastovo to Vis
The gulet departs Lastovo and sails to Komiža, a composed fishing village on the island of Vis that sits beneath the slopes of Mount Hum. A tender ride ashore reveals stone konobas, a handsome Venetian kaštel and a strong sense of a place that has changed little over the generations. For those keen on an excursion, the nearby island of Biševo offers access to the celebrated Blue Cave, while the waters off Komiža are ideal for a long, leisurely afternoon swim.

Day 5
Vis to Hvar
Sailing on from Vis, the gulet arrives at Hvar Town, where a hilltop Spanish fortress surveys one of the most animated harbour fronts in Dalmatia. The Renaissance main square and the warm limestone lanes beyond reward an easy afternoon stroll, while the gulet can berth in town or anchor off, depending on conditions. Day 6
Hvar to Brač
From Hvar Town the gulet crosses to Bol on the island of Brač, anchoring off the celebrated Zlatni Rat shingle spit that extends into the sea and shifts subtly with each change of wind. The swimming here is among the finest of the voyage, and those with energy can explore the stone lanes and vineyards that back the pretty harbour. As the afternoon light softens, dinner ashore in Bol's waterfront restaurants provides a gentle close to the day.

Day 7
Brač to Trogir
Leaving Brač, the gulet makes its way to Trogir, where it moors directly against the quay of this compact UNESCO-listed island-town. Marble streets, a grand Venetian cathedral and a seafront fortress promenade make for an absorbing late afternoon, and the scale of the place means everything is within easy reach on foot. It is an especially rewarding final overnight anchorage, with the old town beautifully lit come evening and the gulet perfectly placed to take it all in.

Day 8
Trogir to Split — Disembarkation
The voyage concludes this morning as the gulet makes the short passage from Trogir to Split, arriving at ACI Marina Split in the heart of the city. Steps from the marina, the inhabited ancient core of Diocletian's Palace and the lively Riva waterfront offer a final opportunity to explore before guests disembark and go their separate ways. It is a fittingly grand setting in which to end a leisurely journey through the southern and central Dalmatian islands.
