Symi — Panormitis Monastery Bay
A peaceful morning at the Monastery of the Archangel Michael at Panormitis, set on its own sheltered bay. Afternoon at anchor — swimming, paddleboards and a long lunch on deck.

Symi — Gialos Harbour
Round the island to Gialos, Symi’s amphitheatre of neoclassical facades rising from the harbour. Famous local shrimp for dinner and a golden-hour harbour front made for an evening stroll.
