Her Story

Baba Veli 9 is a gulet of 30 metres in length and 7 metres in beam, with a draft of 2 metres. Built in 2013, she offers the traditional character of a Turkish gulet alongside the comfort of a modern build, carrying up to 13 guests in six guest cabins and looked after by a crew of three.

Her home port is Fethiye, and she cruises the coastline of Türkiye, where the sheltered bays and clear water make her well suited to a relaxed itinerary. Her shallow draught allows her to reach quiet anchorages that larger vessels cannot always enter, so the day can follow the wind and the mood of those on board rather than a fixed timetable.

Her aft deck offers cushioned seating for long lunches and slow afternoons, while the inside saloon provides a comfortable retreat when the sun is at its height. The sun deck and sun loungers invite unhurried hours in the open air, and the layout suits families and groups who wish to share the same space without losing their privacy.

Snorkelling gear is provided for exploring the shallows, and fishing gear is on board for those who wish to try their luck from the stern.

On deck, the sun loungers and cushioned aft-deck seating give ample space to rest between swims, and the sun deck is ideal for watching the coastline pass by. The inside saloon offers shelter and a place to gather when the afternoon grows warm.
