Burc-u Zafer carries the noble heritage of the famous Ottoman Admiral ship of the same name—a galleon built in 1769 with 86 bronze guns and over 600 crew that successfully fought against the Russian navy in 1770. This 27-metre deluxe transom stern gulet honours that maritime legacy with her own commanding presence on Turkish waters.
Built in 2000 and comprehensively refitted in 2010 and again in 2019, she represents the finest traditions of Turkish gulet craftsmanship. Her 29.5-metre overall length and 7-metre beam create generous volumes throughout, while twin MAN 280HP engines deliver a comfortable cruising speed of 8 knots with a maximum of 10 knots. Her steel construction ensures seaworthiness and stability for extended coastal voyages.
The thoughtful deck layout centres around a spacious forward sunbathing area complemented by a large dining space for al fresco meals. Her generous proportions allow guests to find their perfect spot, whether seeking sun or shade, solitude or company. The careful 2019 refit has enhanced every aspect of her comfort and presentation while preserving her classic gulet character.
With dual generators—a 25KW Onan and 18KW Kohler—and comprehensive electrical systems operating on both 220V AC and 24V DC, Burc-u Zafer maintains modern standards of reliability and comfort. Her 6,000-litre fuel and water capacities ensure extended range and self-sufficiency for week-long expeditions along Turkey's spectacular coastline.
