Carolina is a 27-metre custom motor sailer launched in the year 2000 from the respected Ethemoglu Shipyard, one of Turkey's most accomplished traditional boatbuilders. Measuring 6.64 metres at the beam, she carries the balanced proportions and craftsmanship that define the finest vessels of her era — a hull built to inspire confidence and comfort in equal measure across the turquoise waters of the Aegean and beyond.
In 2025, Carolina emerged from an extensive refit that touched virtually every corner of the vessel. The interior has been reimagined with an elegant and stylish sensibility — clean lines, quality materials, and a refined colour palette that bathes the saloon and cabins in a sense of quiet luxury. Every surface, fixture, and fitting reflects a commitment to contemporary standards without sacrificing the warmth and character that make a gulet truly feel like home.
Power is provided by a single 450HP IVECO engine, delivering a comfortable cruising speed of 9 knots and a maximum speed of 11 knots — an unhurried pace perfectly suited to island-hopping through the Dodecanese. A 18kW Perkins generator ensures all modern comforts are maintained at anchor or underway, from climate control to full entertainment systems.
Above decks, Carolina is defined by her generous and thoughtfully arranged outdoor spaces. The aft deck invites long lunches and sundowner gatherings, while the foredeck and sun decks offer ample room to stretch out and surrender to the rhythm of the sea. Carolina accommodates up to 12 guests across four well-proportioned double cabins, each refreshed to a high standard during the extensive 2025 refit. The cabin layout is thoughtfully divided between the aft and forward sections of the vessel: two aft double cabins and two forward double cabins, each configured with a principal double bed and an additional single berth — making them equally suited to couples seeking privacy or families and friends travelling together.
Each of the four cabins is finished with the elegant, contemporary aesthetic that defines Carolina's post-refit interior. Quality fabrics, considered lighting, and carefully selected furnishings create an atmosphere of calm and comfort. Every cabin benefits from individual climate control, ensuring a perfect sleeping environment regardless of the warmth of the Aegean summer outside.
