Her Story

Dona is a traditional gulet of 25 metres, with a beam of 6 metres and a draft of 2 metres. She was built in 1990 and refitted in 2022, and she carries the unhurried character of a wooden-hulled coastal vessel that has been carefully brought up to date. Her shallow draft makes her well suited to the sheltered anchorages and narrow inlets that line the Croatian shore.

She accommodates up to ten guests across five guest cabins, each with its own en-suite bathroom, and is served by a crew of three. The scale is intimate: large enough for a family or a small group of friends to spread out, yet small enough that the crew can attend to every detail without fuss. Air conditioning keeps the interior comfortable through the warmest part of the day.

Dona is based in Split and cruises the Croatian islands, where the combination of clear water, pine-covered coves and historic harbour towns offers a varied itinerary for each day at sea. Her route can be shaped around the preferences of those on board, with time set aside for swimming, exploring ashore or simply lingering over a long lunch.

Life on board centres on the saloon and the open decks, where comfortable seating and cushioned outdoor areas invite conversation and rest. Dona offers a relaxed, well-organised charter for guests who value privacy, good company and the easy rhythm of a Dalmatian cruise.

The Onboard Experience

Tender, Water and Time at Sea

Everything needed to step off the stern and into the water.

Dona carries a tender for getting ashore and reaching quieter bays at your own pace. Snorkelling gear is on board for exploring the shallows, and fishing gear is available for those who prefer to spend the morning on the line. A kayak and a stand-up paddleboard allow guests to explore the coastline under their own power, and water skis add a more active option for those who want it.

On deck, sun loungers and outdoor dining make the most of the Adriatic light, while outdoor cushioned seating provides a place to read or watch the coastline pass. Air conditioning in the interior and comfortable saloon seating complete a set of amenities designed for time spent both on the water and in the shade.

Guest Accommodation

Five Cabins, Each with Its Own Bathroom

Five double cabins, all en suite, for ten guests.

Dona has five double cabins, each with an en-suite bathroom, giving up to ten guests a private space of their own. Every cabin is arranged for two, so couples, friends or families can each have their own retreat without sharing facilities.

The cabins are kept cool by air conditioning and sit alongside the shared saloon, where guests gather between swims and meals.
