Grand Admiral stands as a testament to Turkish maritime excellence, launched in 2006 from the renowned Ayna Tershanesi shipyard in Fethiye under the expert guidance of naval architect and stylist Tahir Nezihi Ozdemir. This magnificent 45-metre gulet underwent a comprehensive refit in 2018, ensuring she meets the highest standards of modern luxury while preserving her authentic Turkish character.
Her impressive dimensions speak to her commanding presence on the water—with an overall length of 63 metres including her bowsprit, a substantial 9.10-metre beam provides exceptional stability and spacious living areas. The twin 450HP Iveco engines deliver a maximum cruising speed of 14 knots under power, while her traditional sail configuration spans 460 square metres across towering 36-metre masts, capable of reaching 6 knots under sail alone.
The heart of Grand Admiral lies in her spectacular 200-square-metre salon—one of the largest afloat—creating an unparalleled social space for guests. Her robust construction includes a 4.20-metre draft for ocean-going capability, supported by generous fuel capacity of 6 tonnes and 32 tonnes of fresh water storage. Advanced systems include twin 42KW Iveco generators, an 800-litre-per-hour water processing unit, and a fully automatic Blue Sea 7000 waste treatment system.
Built under Turkish Lloyd certification and flying the Istanbul flag, Grand Admiral represents the pinnacle of traditional Turkish gulet design enhanced with contemporary luxury amenities and air conditioning throughout, ensuring comfort even in 40°C temperatures.
