Her Story

Queen Of Karia is a gulet of 35 metres in length and 8 metres in beam, with a draft of 3 metres. Built in 2004 and refitted in 2016, she combines the traditional lines of her type with the comforts expected of a modern charter yacht. She accommodates up to 12 guests across five guest cabins, each with an en-suite bathroom, and is served by her crew throughout the stay.

Her home port is Ibiza, and her cruising grounds lie in Spain. The Balearic and Spanish coastlines offer sheltered anchorages, clear water and a choice of quiet coves close to towns, which suits a yacht of her size and draft. Guests may plan a relaxed passage between harbours or settle for longer stops at anchor, depending on their preference.

Her interior is designed for comfort in warm weather, with air conditioning throughout the guest accommodation. Entertainment is available through television and films and streaming, and a bar provides for evening gatherings on board.

The 2016 refit brought her systems and interiors up to date, and her fire extinguishers and smoke detectors reflect the safety standards she is maintained to. Queen Of Karia suits a party of up to twelve who want a yacht that is both spacious and ready for an active day on the water.

A 6-metre tender takes guests ashore or to more distant anchorages, while two kayaks, a stand-up paddleboard, a towable inflatable, a banana boat, a wakeboard and water skis allow the day to be spent on the water in whatever pace suits the party.

On deck, a jacuzzi and a spa and massage facility offer a quieter counterpoint to the activity. A bar supports both the afternoons and the evenings, and films, streaming and television keep the cabins and salon comfortable after dark.
