Last Dates: Croatia Yacht Charter on Aretha & Symphony 2027

·4 min read

The 2027 Croatia yacht charter calendar is, frankly, almost gone. We don't say that lightly — but between two of the most talked-about vessels sailing the Dalmatian coast, the remaining availability on Aretha and Symphony is genuinely slim. If your group has been circling a Croatian gulet cruise for next year, this is the moment to act.

A New Way to Charter Croatia

These aren't traditional yachts, and they're not your average gulet either. Aretha and Symphony belong to a rare category — the luxury mini-cruiser — purpose-built for larger private groups who want the intimacy of a private vessel without anyone being squeezed into a cabin the size of a wardrobe. Each carries up to 30 guests across 15 beautifully appointed ensuite cabins, with a professional English-speaking crew on hand to make every nautical mile count. And crucially: the entire vessel is yours. No shared decks, no strangers at the breakfast table. Just your group, the Adriatic, and some of the most jaw-dropping island scenery in Europe.

Both vessels operate between Dubrovnik and Split — a route that, in our view, is one of the great coastal journeys of the Mediterranean. Think the walled city of Dubrovnik at golden hour, the pine-fringed islands of the Elafiti archipelago, the lavender-scented lanes of Hvar, the marble streets of Korčula. A Croatia yacht charter on this route simply doesn't disappoint.

Aretha — Croatia's Ultimate Toy Box

At 49 metres, Aretha was built in 2018 and extensively refitted in 2024. She's earned a well-deserved reputation for having the finest water sports and toy selection of any vessel in her class along the Croatian coast. If your group lives for the water — jet skis, paddleboards, snorkelling gear, the whole lot — Aretha is your vessel. A crew of 12 looks after 30 guests, and the ratio shows.

Remaining 2027 dates on Aretha span spring (April through early May) and autumn (late September through October) — shoulder-season windows that experienced charter guests often prefer. The crowds thin, the light turns golden, the sea stays warm, and the ports become genuinely enjoyable again. The late September week is flagged as a prime date, and we'd agree — it's arguably the sweetest spot on the Dalmatian calendar.

Symphony — Croatia's Most Celebrated Mini-Cruiser

Symphony is slightly larger at just over 52 metres, built in 2020 and also refitted in 2024. She carries 11 crew for 30 guests and has accumulated a remarkable five-star track record on the Croatian coast — genuinely glowing feedback from multi-generational families, milestone birthday groups, and corporate retreats alike. If Aretha is the thrill-seeker's choice, Symphony is the vessel that tends to make people want to come back the following year.

Her remaining 2027 availability is slightly broader: spring weeks in April and May, a handful of prime summer dates in July and August, and autumn slots running into October. The summer weeks — particularly mid-July and mid-August — are the headline acts of any Croatia private yacht charter season, and they're still on the table. Just barely.

The Charter Formula — Refreshingly Straightforward

One thing that sets these vessels apart from a conventional luxury yacht charter is the pricing structure. Rather than the standard charter fee plus APA (that advance provisioning allowance that guests so often find opaque), both Aretha and Symphony operate on a largely inclusive model. Seven nights, daily fuel for cruising, all crew, two meals a day, water toys, Wi-Fi, and access to the onboard pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and gym — all covered. Drinks, extra meals, and selected harbour fees can be tailored to your group's preferences. It's a cleaner, more predictable way to plan a luxury charter holiday, and our clients consistently appreciate the transparency.

Who Are These Vessels For?

Honestly? Anyone travelling in a group of 20 to 30 who wants to do Croatia properly. Multi-generational families — grandparents to grandchildren under one hull — thrive aboard both vessels. So do groups of friends celebrating a significant birthday or anniversary, corporate teams looking for something genuinely memorable, or simply a crowd of people who've decided that a standard villa holiday no longer cuts it.

A dedicated Cruise Director sails with every group, coordinating itineraries, shore excursions, and the kind of small surprises that turn a great trip into an unforgettable one. That personal touch is something you won't find on a mainstream cruise ship. This is, emphatically, a private experience.

Don't Wait on This One

We're also pleased to confirm that 2028 calendars for both vessels are now open — so if 2027 has already slipped away from you, there's no reason to delay planning ahead. But the 2027 dates listed above are the last ones standing, and they will go. Reach out to our team to secure your week before someone else does.
